Mike Woodson and the Indiana basketball staffed extended an offer to Trent Sisley before he even played a single high school game a few years ago. Sisley has built a strong relationship with the Indiana basketball program ever since. Assistant coach Brian Walsh has been the leader of this recruitment for awhile now and was in attendance at Sneakers for Santa watching Sisley.

The highly-touted four-star forward prospect has visited Indiana multiple times over the past few seasons with his most recent reported visit coming this past October at Hoosier Hysteria. Other schools that are involved with Sisley’s recruitment include Purdue, Michigan State, Iowa, Wisconsin, Notre Dame, and Northwestern.

Below are the the highlights from Trent Sisley at Sneakers for Santa plus a few scouting notes.

Trent Sisley was doing Trent Sisley things over the weekend at the fourth annual Sneaker For Santa event. While his outside jumper was not falling, Sisley was making an impact around the basket by him making strong plays on the drive and out of the post. At 6-foot-8, Sisley has shown constant improvement in his overall game over the past year and still plays with that elite versatile combination of athleticism, agility, and power around the rim. He also put on a show with multiple highlight dunks that brought a ton of energy to the Heritage Hills Patriots. He finished with a 24 points, 10 rebound double-double and was without question the best player in the gym all day Saturday.
