The 2023-24 Indiana basketball high school season is well-underway and multiple targets for the Hoosiers have started their year off great. One of those in-state Indiana basketball targets is one that Hoosier fans are very familiar with, 2025 four-star forward Trent Sisley.
Sisley, who attends Heritage Hills High School (IN), recently led the Patriots in a 53-47 victory over the Evansville Christian Eagles, which saw the highly-touted forward drop a 24 point, 10 rebound double-double. Heritage Hills is currently 3-0 on the season and one of the favorites to win the Class 3A State Championship.
He is currently rated as the No. 51 overall player in the 2025 247Sports Composite Rankings.
Over the summer, Sisley played for Indy Heat 17U as part of the EYBL circuit alongside fellow Indiana basketball target, 2025 five-star guard Jalen Haralson. Sisley averaged 13.4 points and 7.5 rebounds per game. He shot an outstanding 58.0% (91-of-157) from the field which included 44.7% (21-of-47) from three.
Sisley has visited Indiana multiple times over the past few seasons with his most recent reported visit coming this past October at Hoosier Hysteria. Other schools that are involved with Sisley’s recruitment include Purdue, Michigan State, Iowa, Wisconsin, Notre Dame, and Northwestern.
HoosierIllustrated.com was able to catch up with Sisley at Sneakers For Santa over the weekend where he gave an update on recruitment, talked about his goals for his junior season, his teammates, being a leader, playing for Indiana Elite next summer, and much more.
