The Indiana basketball program is expected to host 2025 five-star point guard Mikel Brown for an unofficial visit on Sunday, a source confirmed reports with HoosierIllustrated.com.

The Overtime Elite (Ga.) guard is playing in Broad Ripple (Ind.) this weekend. Indiana basketball head coach Mike Woodson and assistant coach Brian Walsh watched him on Thursday night.

The 6-foot-2 point guard is averaging 12.9 points, 2.1 rebounds, 5.5 assists and is shooting 37.6 percent on 2.1 made 3s per game this season. On Thursday, Brown had 13 points, five rebounds, eight assists and just one turnover in front of the Indiana basketball staff.

He has 22 assists to just four turnovers in his last three games.

Brown currently holds offers from numerous programs around the country including Alabama, Ole Miss, Kansas, Auburn, Central Florida, Baylor, Florida, Georgia Tech, Tennessee, Texas and a handful of others.

Brown was recently announced as one of four high school prospects to partner up with Adidas for an NIL sponsorship.

While there have been whispers about Brown potentially reclassifying to the 2024 class, he remains in 2025 for now.

He has recently visited programs like Alabama, Central Florida and Ole Miss.

Brown is ranked the No. 16 overall prospect in the 247Sports class of 2025 composite rankings. He is also rated the No. 3 point guard in the class.

Brown will join 2026 five-star wing Jalen Montonati who will also be visiting Indiana on Sunday.
