Watch: IU baseball Director of Player Development Scott Rolen Hall of Fame speech

Current IU baseball Director of Player Development Scott Rolen was officially inducted into the Baseball Hall of Fame on Sunday.

Rolen played from 1996-2012 with four different organizations (Phillies 1996-02; Cardinals 2002-07; Blue Jays 2008-09; Reds 2009-12). He was the National League Rookie of the Year in 1997 and World Series Champion in 2006. Rolen was also a seven-time MLB All-Star and eight-time Gold Glove winner.

He is a native of Jasper, Indiana.

Rolen is entering his fifth season as the Director of Player Development for the Hoosiers.
