One of the best weeks of the high schools basketball season came to a wrap Saturday night with multiple Sectional champions being crowned. Multiple, key Indiana basketball targets were in action this past week which saw some of them advance to Regionals while some saw their high school season come to a quick end.
HoosierIllustrated.com was in attendance this past week to see multiple recruiting targets for Mike Woodson and the Hoosiers including Trent Sisley, Braylon Mullins and many others.
In total 64 teams cut down the nets on Saturday night and advanced to Regionals this upcoming weekend. One of those teams featured players that are on Indiana basketball’s radar.
Below is the full Sectional week recap of all in-state Indiana basketball targets.
Trent Sisley (2025, Forward)

Team: Heritage Hills
Sectional Result: Loss in first round of Sectional 31
Recap: Out of the targets listed here, Trent Sisley is without question the name that most fans are familiar with as he has been on the Indiana basketball radar before he even played a single high school game. Unfortunately, Sisley’s junior year came to quick end this postseason with Heritage Hills dropping their opening round game in Sectional 31 vs Princeton which saw the Patriots fall 57-52 with Purdue head coach Matt Painter in attendance. In that loss, the 6-foot-7 four-star forward went for double-double of 27 points and 10 rebounds while also adding 3 blocks, as well. Sisley also became the all-time leading scorer in Heritage Hills school history. He finishes the season averaging 24.0 points, 11.5 rebounds, and 4.3 assists per game according to MaxPreps. As we start to head into the offseason and AAU basketball, Sisley will remain a top target for the Hoosiers as they look to build the 2025 class.
Braylon Mullins (2025, Gaurd)

Team: Greenfield-Central
Sectional Result: Loss in Sectional 9 Championship
Recap: Braylon Mullins has become a target that many fans are starting to really take notice of as he has become more and more of a key target for Indiana basketball when it comes to the 2025 class right next to Trent Sisley. Out of the Indiana basketball target listed here, Mullins had probably the toughest week out of them all from a physical standpoint as he played three games not being 100%, fighting through a number of injuries. Even with the injuries, the 6-foot-5 four-star guard led his team to the Sectional 9 Championship game averaging 17.0 points in those games. Unfortunately however, the injuries would catch up to Mullins which would result in Greenfield-Central suffering their first loss (24-1) of the year to New Palestine in the Sectional 9 championship. HoosierIllustrared.com was in attendance for two of his games this past week and witnessed one of the guttiest things that a player his age has ever done because you could tell the elite scorer was in a lot of pain but played through it the best he could. Indiana basketball head coach Mike Woodson was also in attendance Friday night so that further proves how important of a target Mullins is becoming to this program.
Azavier Robinson (2025, Guard)

Team: Lawrence North
Sectional Result: Won Sectional 10 Championship
Recap: When it comes to the top targets in the state for Indiana basketball, 2025 guard Azavier Robinson was the only one to see his team get past Sectionals with a trip to Regionals on the horizon. Robinson and the Lawrence North Wildcats were able to defeat Cathedral 75-61 in the Sectional 10 Championship game which saw the dynamic guard score a game-high 25 points. HoosierIllustrated.com was in attendance during Robinson’s Friday night game where Lawrence North defeated Crispus Attucks to advance to the championship where he dropped 20 points and was scoring at all areas of the floor. Though a little bit under-the-radar when it comes to Indiana basketball recruitment, Robinson has been a name that has been slowly gaining more traction over the past year with the Hoosier staff making trips to watch him. On a national level, Robinson is a player that keeps trending up in the right direction, as well. He and Lawrence North will play Avon at Greenfield-Central HS for a chance to win a Regional Championship this Saturday.
Other notable Indiana basketball targets on the radar:
Justin Curry II (Noblesville, 2026, Guard) – Curry and the Noblesville Millers saw their season end with a tough loss to Fishers on Saturday in the Sectional 8 Championship. In that defeat, Curry dropped 15 points while also being one of the better players that entire Sectional 8 week. He visited Indiana basketball last fall and one of the better long-term upside players in the state.
DeZhon Hall (Pike, 2026, Guard) – Hall and Pike saw their season end with a 64-45 loss to reigning Class 4A State champs Ben Davis in the first round of Sectional 11. E.J. Hazelett (Franklin Central, 2026, Forward) – Hazelett and Franklin Central saw a 57-46 defeat vs Indianapolis Roncalli in the first round of Sectional 11. The flashers finish their season 11-14 on the year. Hazelett finished his sophomore season averaging 16.2 points and 5.0 rebounds per game. Hazelett visited Indiana this past fall.
Noah Smith (Mt. Vernon-Fortville, 2026, Forward) – Smith is one of the great young pieces to this Mt. Vernon-Fortville team however unfortunately, he and the Marauders saw their season end last week in the first round of Sectional 9 with a 58-56 first round loss to New Palestine. Smith averaged 12.8 points and 7.3 rebounds his sophomore year. Mt. Vernon-Fortville finished 15-9 on the year. Smith was on Indiana basketball’s campus this past November.
Brennan Miller (Lawrence North, 2026, Forward) – Miller joined top Indiana basketball target Azavier Robinson as the only players to make it past Sectionals with a date vs Avon in Regionals this Saturday. He scored 6 points and added 9 rebounds in Lawrence North’s win over Cathedral Saturday night to advance. He visited Indiana basketball last fall.
Evan Harrell (Carmel, 2026, Forward) – Harrell and the Carmel Greyhounds saw a first round defeat to Sectional 8 rival Fishers losing 54-41. When it comes to long term prospects, Harrell is near the top of that list in the in-state 2026 class. As a sophomore on a young Carmel team, Harrell averaged 10.6 points and 5.5 rebounds per game. Carmel finished 12-11 this season. Harrell also recently visited Indiana basketball this past December.
