The Indiana football program secured another 2024 commitment with the pledge from wide receiver Charlie Becker. Becker — a three-star wideout from Father Ryan (TN) — announced his commitment on Thursday night.
He visited Indiana this past weekend. He also took an unofficial visit to Indiana earlier in May. The Hoosiers offered Becker back in March.
Becker is ranked the No. 141 wide receiver in the 2024 247Sports Composite Rankings and the No. 36 overall player in Tennessee.
Becker is a 6-foot-3 and 200-pound athlete who had offers from Iowa, Northwestern, Ole Miss, Vanderbilt, Appalachian State, Troy, Eastern Kentucky and others.
He had a top six of Indiana, Iowa, Northwestern, Ole Miss, Vanderbilt and Appalachian State.
As a junior, Becker totaled 54 catches, 697 yards and 16 touchdowns.
Becker becomes the 10th commitment in the 2024 recruiting class. He is the second prospect at the wide receiver position, alongside Javier Etheridge. This is Indiana’s fourth commitment of the week.
