There is less than a month to go before the 2024 NBA Draft and that means it’s time for numerous individual and group workouts for prospects. For Indiana basketball center Kel’el Ware, this is a time he is expected to move up draft boards by showcasing his terrific overall skillset and athleticism.

While most of his pre-draft workouts have been kept quiet, he recently worked out for the Portland Trail Blazers.

The Trail Blazers have two picks in the first round; No. 7 overall and No. 14. While Ware won’t be taken in the top-10, there is an outside shot he is taken at the end of the lottery.

Most mock drafts still have him late teens to mid 20s, but with his skillset, athleticism and ceiling, a team with two first-round selections could seriously considering taking him based on his high potential upside.

While Kel’el Ware didn’t take part in the scrimmage portion of the NBA Combine earlier this month, he showcased why so many scouts are so intrigued with him. His measurements and testing set a combine-record among centers.

Ware averaged 15.9 points, 9.9 rebounds, 1.9 blocks, 1.5 assists and shot 56.8 percent from the field on the season en route to an All-Big Ten Second Team selection during his lone season with Indiana basketball.

Below is the full interview and highlights of Kel’el Ware’s workout with the Trail Blazers.
