Spring Q&A: 2024 Center Flory Bidunga from IndyBall Shootout - Noblesville, IN (Kyler Staley, 4/16)

The spring portion of the AAU season has officially kicked off with the IndyBall Shootout taking place over the weekend in Noblesville, Indiana. Multiple Indiana targets participated in this event with one of them being top Indiana 2024 five-star center target Flory Bidunga, who is playing for Indiana Elite 2024 again this season as part of the Adidas 3SSB circuit.

Bidunga, who attends Kokomo High School (IN), has been one of the primary targets for Mike Woodson and Indiana as the 2024 center has been one of the more sought after prospects in the nation since he exploded on the high school scene last year.

Other schools involved in his recruitment include Auburn, Michigan, Michigan State, Kentucky, Florida, Purdue, Butler, Cincinnati, and many others.

Over the weekend, Flory Bidunga put on a show in front of all that attended the IndyBall Shootout with his highlights of incredible dunks plus showing off his improved ball handles and ability to shoot the jumper 15 feet and out.

Hoosier Illustrated was able to catch up with 2024 center Flory Bidunga after one of his games over the weekend where he discussed the improvements he has made to his game, his love of playing basketball, his recruitment, Mike Woodson, Indiana, his friendship with 2023 Indiana signee Gabe Cupps, and much more.

Below is the full Q&A.
