Hoosier Hysteria for Indiana basketball is right around the corner and multiple recruiting targets are starting to be confirmed to be in attendance.
Two of the top in-state prospects in the 2026 class have confirm to HoosierIllustrated.com that they will be in attendance for next week’s event. Those two being wings Noah Smith and Justin Curry II.
Smith, who is a 6-foot-7 forward out of Plainfield High School, is coming off a sophomore season where he averaged 12.8 points and 7.3 rebounds per game. He currently holds offers from schools such as Toledo and Indiana State with multiple other programs gaining more and more interest in him. He played AAU with the Grand Park Premier program this past summer.
Curry II, a 6-foot-3 shooting guard out of Noblesville High School, is coming off a sophomore more season where he averaged 10.0 points and 4.2 rebounds per game. He currently holds offers from schools such as Northwestern, Toledo, Kent State, DePaul, and others. He played AAU with the Indy Heat program this past summer. Curry also confirmed that he will be attending a Indiana basketball practice on October 25th.
Both Smith and Curry have made visits down to Bloomington for games in the past couple of years. Indiana basketball’s staff have also made trips to watch both prospects as well.
