A name that popped up on the Indiana basketball recruiting board last week could be a name to monitor moving forward as a potential visit is already being discussed.
2025 four-star guard Davis Fogle earned an offer from Indiana basketball over the weekend and he is already ‘planning’ a trip to a few schools, including Indiana.
“The recruitment of Davis Fogle is ramping up,” 247Sports national reporter Travis Branham wrote on Thursday. “He has set an official visit to go see the Gonzaga Bulldogs on June 28-29. The Washington native won’t stop there. He is also planning trips to check out Creighton, Indiana, Kansas and UCLA.”
Fogle was one of the biggest risers in the updated 247Sports class of 2025 rankings released this week. He rose 39 spots up to No. 34 overall in the class. He rose eight spots in the composite rankings as well.
Despite playing for a more underrated high school and AAU program over the last year he was able to shine this spring
“Now standing nearly 6-foot-7 now, Fogle has terrific size for a guard. He possesses budding athleticism, can create off the dribble, finish above the rim, and create for others. Fogle is smart, instinctive and skilled with plenty of upside to tap into moving forward.”
Fogle averaged over 30 points per game last season at Anacortes (Wa.) after 24.6 per game as a sophomore. He is transferring to national prep school AZ Compass ahead of his senior season.
Mike Woodson and the Indiana basketball staff recently got the chance to watch Fogle again at the NBPA Top 100 earlier this month. Fogle averaged 15.7 points, 6.0 rebounds, 3.3 assists and 1.3 steals per game.
Kansas, Gonzaga, Washington, Texas Tech, Creighton, LSU, Nebraska and several others have offered Fogle thus far in his recruitment — one that will likely continue to add additional offers throughout the summer.
