Welcome to the next episode of In Touch with Indiana Sports hosted by John Alden and powered by HoosierIllustrated.com. In today’s episode, we recap Big Ten Football Media Days with Hoosier Tailgate’s Shannon Griffith, as well as a few other topics surrounding college athletics.

Host John Alden shares his thoughts on what was said by Indiana football head coach Curt Cignetti and all three players in attendance from the Indiana program. The Hoosier Football Tailgate’s own Shannon Griffith joins for a segment during the show as we discuss expectations for Coach Cignetti in his first season with Indiana football. They also talk about the confidence Vignetti has in himself and the staff and roster he has put together during the offseason. John also shares some of the best soundbites from Media Day, including the embarrassing opening statement from UCLA head coach DeShaun Foster. Lastly, John talks about BTN Tailgate coming to Bloomington for the Maryland game, Marian and Pat Knight returning to Simon Skjodt Assembly Hall to face Indiana basketball during its exhibition slate, and new scholarship numbers being introduced to college sports.
