In Touch with Indiana Sports Ep.17 — Recapping Indiana football’s season-opener with Mitchell Paige, surprising results from Week 1, Jalen Haralson’s Indiana basketball visit, and more

Welcome to the next episode of In Touch with Indiana Sports hosted by John Alden and powered by HoosierIllustrated.com. On today’s show, former Indiana football wide receiver joins to share his thoughts on the Hoosiers’ 31-7 season-opening victory against Florida International. Mitchell and John discuss what they liked about the team, what areas need improvement, as well as a little about fans leaving Memorial Stadium after halftime. Indiana football will be back at home on Friday as they take on FCS-level Western Illinois.

Host John Alden also talks about some of the biggest results from the rest of the week one slate of college football action, including how the SEC went 1-3 in marquee matchups. On the Indiana basketball side of things, John talks a bit about Jalen Haralson’s official visit to Bloomington, and how having the first visit can potentially be a good thing for the Hoosiers.
