The Indiana football program added to its 2024 class on Thursday as linebacker Rolijah Hardy announced his commitment to the Hoosiers.

Hardy was originally part of the 2023 recruiting class but didn’t play last year at Navy. He will be a freshman in 2024 for Indiana.

He spent the majority of the season rehabbing from a shoulder injury that cause him to miss most of his senior season.

During the 2022 season at Lakeland (Fla.) High School, Hardy had 83 tackles, 8.0 tackles for loss and two sacks.

Coming out of high school Hardy had offers from Tulane, Eastern Kentucky, South Florida, Western Michigan and others.

Hardy is a 6-foot-2 and 225-pound athlete who also was a standout basketball player in high school.
