The Indiana football wrapped up its 2023 season on Saturday with a 35-31 loss to Purdue in the Old Oaken Bucket matchup.

Following the loss, and a 3-9 season, Athletic Director Scott Dolson made the decision to part ways with Tom Allen after seven seasons.

So, as a new era is about to begin in Bloomington, what went right, what went wrong and what’s next?
