The Indiana basketball program are beginning to prioritize a 2025 four-star center. Bullis School (Md.) center Eric Reibe has seen his stock skyrocket over the last few months and that now includes Indiana pushing hard in his recruitment.
Indiana offered Reibe last year but the communication seemed to subside coming into this spring. Then, things seemed to switch within the Indiana basketball program.
After watching him numerous times this summer, Reibe set an Indiana visit for later this month — coinciding with Braylon Mullins and Trent Sisley on September 20.
That was a significant step in his recruitment as he moved up his visit to Bloomington by a few weeks.
At this point, the major players in his recruitment are Kansas, UConn, Creighton Indiana and Oregon.
On Wednesday, the Indiana basketball staff are showing — again — how much of a priority he is. According to national college basketball insider Adam Zagoria, IU will be sending its entire staff to see Reibe in person.
According to Zagoria, UConn and Kansas sent their staff on Tuesday. Creighton is expected in on Wednesday as well.
At this point, Reibe has already visited Creighton, Kansas and UConn. His final visit is September 27 to Oregon.
Reibe is ranked No. 38 overall in the 247sports Composite Rankings and the No. 4 center.
