After a long time of waiting and hard work, a key 2025 Indiana basketball target has officially earned a fifth-star next to his name.

With the 2025 247Sport Rankings being updated on Wednesday evening, priority Indiana basketball target Braylon Mullins is officially listed a five-star prospect. He comes as the No. 16 overall prospect in the 2025 class.

“Braylon Mullins is the last five-star, but I firmly believe that he has a good chance of being a top-10 player by the time the final rankings are release,” 247Sports national analyst Dushawn London wrote. “Mullins already has great size to go with his athleticism and three point shooting. Mullins is coming off a terrific summer on the Adidas circuit where he showed that he can impact the game in several ways while also playing with other elite talent.”

There has arguably been no other prospect nationally that has seen as big of a jump than what Mullins has seen since the start of his high school career. After starting as an unknown prospect, Mullins has become one of the most sought after players in the 2025 with pretty much every blue blood college program getting involved to extent, including Indiana basketball.

Just last week, Mike Woodson and the rest of the Indiana basketball coaching staff made an in-home visit to see Mullins. He and fellow other Indiana basketball target Trent Sisley and Eric Reibe will be taking an official visit to Indiana September 20th weekend.

The 6-foot-5 Mullins helped lead Indiana Elite to a 16-1 record — its only loss in the championship game at the Adidas Championships. He averaged 19.4 points, 3.6 rebounds and 2.8 assists per game over the summer and shot 47.3 percent from three (62-of-131) this season. In tournament play, he had nine 20+ point games.

As of right now, Mullins will be visiting Michigan (9/7), North Carolina (9/14), Indiana basketball (9/20), Duke (10/5), Tennessee (10/19), and Kentucky (10/25).

The four-star guard out of Greenfield-Central also confirmed that he will be looking to make a decision on his commitment  before the high school season starts in late November.

Other key Indiana basketball targets that saw their rankings updated include Mikel Brown Jr. (No. 7), Jalen Haralson (No. 14), Eric Reibe (No. 27), and Trent Sisley (No. 70).
