A key Indiana basketball target in the 2025 class is set to make his decision very soon.

Announced by 247Sports Director of Scouting Adam Finkelstein, Reibe will announce his commitment this upcoming Wednesday at 3:30 PM ET on the 247Sports YouTube Channel. He will choose between Indiana basketball, Kansas, Oregon, Creighton, and UConn.

He recently came off an official Indiana basketball visit last month alongside Indiana commit Trent Sisley and key target Braylon Mullins.

“Indiana‘s player development stood out to me, especially with what they did with Trayce Jackson and Kelel Ware,” Eric Reibe told StockRisers. “There are a lot of seniors, so there’s a big opportunity to get minutes early. The training and playing style is all NBA style because of Coach Woodson.”

Reibe was offered by Indiana basketball nearly a year ago. After not gaining much traction after he was offered by the Hoosiers, Mike Woodson and the Indiana basketball really ramped up the recruitment of Reibe and made him a priority target back in the spring. When 2025 five-star center Malachi Moreno committed to Kentucky, it was all hands on deck with Indiana basketball and Reibe.

Reibe is a German native but has been in America for nearly two years now. He played for the U16 German team in the 2022 European Championships. He averaged 11.3 points and 7.0 rebounds in eight games. Reibe originally played for New World on the Adidas 3SSB circuit before heading to the Pro16/NXT League. He plays for the Bullis School in Maryland.

His play at the NBPA Top 100 Camp skyrocketed his stock. He averaged 19.7 points, 6.6 rebounds and 1.7 assists per game which included being seen in person by multiple college coaches.

He is the No. 27 overall prospect in the 247Sports 2025 Rankings.
