Key Indiana basketball Storylines
Can the Hoosiers put together a complete performance?
Well, it’s finally here. The very last non-conference game of the 2024-25 season for Indiana basketball and well, it’s been a interesting one.
Yes, some fans are not exactly thrilled with how the non-conference slate has went, but the fact is the Hoosiers are facing 10 wins heading back into conference play, so that is a positive.
This team is still a work in progress, that is no secret. The good thing is, this team has not peaked yet and the sky is the limit for what they can do in the Big Ten.
With one last ‘bye’ game left, the Hoosiers need to put on a performance that they are capable of and build some momentum heading back into conference play.
A full, 40 minute beatdown would give this team, and fanbase, a ton of confidence to close out the year.
Series History
Sunday will be the debut game in the series between Indiana and Winthrop. The Hoosiers are 3-0 against teams that play in the Big South.
IU holds wins against Gardner Webb (73-49), Longwood (100-49), and South Carolina Upstate (102-60) by an average margin of victory of 39.0 points per game.
