Indiana basketball lands commitment from 2025 international guard Harun Zrno

Indiana basketball added to its 2025 class on Friday as international guard Harun Zrno announced his commitment to the Hoosiers.

Zrno visited a handful of schools but picked Indiana over Creighton, Wisconsin and Virginia. The Hoosiers were his first visit and it made an impression on him

“Indiana is a school with lots of history and I was very impressed,” he told Adam Zagoria of Zagsblog. “My role would be to come in and play right away because of my experience. The coaching staff was amazing, they are a great group of people.”

Zrno is averaging 20.0 points, 4.1 rebounds and 4.0 assists a game this season while shooting nearly 50 percent on 3s.

The 6-foot-7 wing is an extremely talented shooter. Here is a breakdown from HoosierIllustrated.com’s Kyler Staley.

“Zrno is incredibly talented off the ball and plays his role as a spot up shooter very well,” Staley said. “He constantly moves in the offense to find the open look and is a player that you can rely on to get a shot off more often than not. He also cuts well and will make plays around the rim.”

Zrno joins Indiana basketball four-star forward Trent Sisley in Indiana’s 2025 class.
