The Indiana basketball program extended a scholarship offer to one of the most impressive players of the first live period. Boo Williams (Va.) 2024 guard Austin Swartz received an offer on Saturday night.

Swartz is a 6-foot-4 guard out of Cannon (N.C.) High School who is ranked No. 131 in the 247Sports rankings and the No. 25 overall shooting guard. Swartz holds offers from Clemson, Houston, Illinois, Georgia, Virginia Tech and South Carolina among others.

On Saturday alone, Swartz landed offers from Indiana, Seton Hall and St. John’s as well.

Through three games this weekend, Swartz is the second-leading scorer of the Nike EYBL. He is averaging 24.3 points per game.

The best asset Austin Swartz brings to the floor is his shooting ability. He’s a true knockdown shooter. His ability to use screens off the ball to create space and get open is terrific. Swartz has NBA-type range from the perimeter and can knock shots down off of the dribble or catch. He’s not overly quick but has also shown the ability to get the defender on his hip and create separation for a 15-footer. Swartz can get in the paint and finish at the rim, but his shooting ability sticks out immediately.

Through three games, Swartz is 12-of-24 from three.

Indiana basketball assistant coaches Kenya Hunter and Yasir Rosemond have watched all three of Swartz’s games this weekend, either together or with at least one of them in attendance. Kenya Hunter is the lead recruiter in this recruitment, Swartz told HoosierIllustrated.

Swartz is AAU teammates with 2024 Indiana target Jaeden Mustaf. The backcourt duo has been tremendous this weekend.

Here is a look at Swartz’s stats in his three games thus far:

Friday night vs Indy Heat: 29 points (12-of-17 FG / 3-of-5 3pt), four rebounds, three assists in 30 minutes.

Saturday morning vs NH Lightning: 26 points (10-of-19 FG / 5-of-11 3pt), three rebounds, two assists in 35 minutes.

Saturday night vs Team Final: 18 points (5-of-15 FG / 4-of-8 3pg), three rebounds, one assist in 29 minutes.
