Indiana basketball closes the regular season against Ohio State in a massive senior day matchup. With both teams sitting on or around the bubble in most predictions, this game has major NCAA Tournament implications for both sides.

Indiana will be celebrating seniors Trey Galloway, Anthony Leal, Luke Goode, Oumar Ballo, Langdon Hatton, Jaden Bobbett, Shaan Burke and Jackson Creel.

The Buckeyes enter the game with a record of 17-13 (9-10 Big Ten) under second-year head coach Jake Diebler. Ohio State has won two straight games after losing their previous three. OSU is led by junior guard Bruce Thornton who comes into this game averaging 17.8 points, 4.5 assists, and 3.3 rebounds. Sophomore forward Devin Royal adds 13.6 points and leads the team with 7.0 rebounds per game.

Indiana basketball will have nine managers and eight players honored for senior day festivities.

Tipoff is set for 3:45 pm on CBS.

First half

Indiana basketball wins the tip.

Oumar Ballo with an easy layup. Assist by Trey Galloway.

OSU misses a jumper. Rebound by Anthony Leal. Trey Galloway airball, however.

Galloway would miss another shot. OSU would hit a three to take the lead.

Ballo got blocked. OSU would turn it over, however.

Goode with a strong drive. He gets fouled. He would go 1-2 at the line. Tied at 3.

OSU gets called for a travel.

Galloway finds Ballo for the ally oop slam. Hoosiers back on top.

Mgbako would get his pocket picked and OSU would score.

Ballo fouled and we go to break. Hoosiers and Buckeyes tied at 5.

Ballo would go 1-2 at the line out of the break.

Galloway 0-3 on shots. Good would miss a three too.

OSU extends the lead to 9-6.

Mgbako missed a jumper but Galloway would put it back in after and offensive rebound.

Galloway with a strong take and he would get fouled on a layup. He would go 1-2 at the line however. Reneau and Rice in for Ballo and Mgbako.

Under-12 Media Timeout: Indiana basketball 9, OSU 9

Carlyle in for Galloway.

Indiana is not playing freely on offense like they have been the last month. Looking very timid right now on that end. A little too much thinking.

OSU leads 13-9.

Myles Rice misses a three.

Mike Woodson calls a much-needed timeout after OSU pushes the lead to 15-9. Indiana is looking so lost out there right now.

Ballo forces a turnover. Reneau would then turnover it over.

OSU would score on Malik. OSU leads 17-12 at the 7:12 mark. 

Mgbako offensive rebound cuts the lead to 4.

Ballo feeds Reneau for the score.

Steal by Reneau leads to Mgabko getting fouled on a layup attempt. He would go 1-2 at the line.

Goode gets fouled and we go to break. OSU leads 26-19 with 2:46 left in the half. 

Galloway floater drops.

Galloway gets another floater to drop.

Rice misses a three but Goode gets an offensive rebound and is fouled. He goes 2-2 at the line. Hoosiers down 4.

OSU calls timeout at the 20.8 seconds.

At the half: Ohio State 29, Indiana basketball 25

Second Half

Ohio State ball to start the half.

Hoosiers get a stop.

Luke Goode three goes in. Hoosiers down 1.

OSU would answer with a three.

Anthony Leal would pick up a foul.

Indiana basketball down 6.

Mgbako gets fouled on a. layup attempt. He goes 2-2. Hoosiers down 4.

Bruce Thornton with a turnover.

OSU leads 36-32 with 15:51 left. 

Luke Goode airball out of the break. Hoosiers would get a stop and he would miss another one.

OSU extends the lead to 7.

Galloway to Ballo again for the slam.

Timeout Mike Woodson. Hoosiers are down 43-34 with 13:01 left to go. Indiana is officially in dangerous territory. There is no spark right now with this team.

Reneau would score out of the break.

Hoosiers down 10 now. 11:59 left. 

Leal scores. Hoosiers down 8.

Indiana has life! Two GREAT back-to-back plays by Trey Galloway. Assist to Leal for the layup and then an offensive rebound that led to him hitting a three.

OSU calls a timeout.

Galloway got called for a travel.

Indiana basketball forces a turnover. Galloway is battling.

Reneau turns it over.

Bruce Thornton hits a big them for OSU.

Trey Galloway just picked up his 4th foul. The one guy that has brought a spark to this team now needs to go to the bench.

Reneau cuts it to 4 and then OSU gets called for an offensive foul.

There was an official review on the offensive foul called on OSU. It was upgraded to a Flagrant 1.

Leal hits both free throws.

Luke Goode would get fouled. He would hit both free throws. Tie game.

OSU up 1 now.

Reneau fouled. He goes 2-2. Indiana has the lead now.

OSU takes the lead back. Lead 56-51.

Ballo gets fouled. he misses the free throw but OSU lands out of bounds.

Trey Galloway hits a three to cut the lead down to 2.

Travel called on OSU. We go to break.

Ohio State leads 56-54 with 4:00 left. 

Reneau gets fouled. He goes 2-2. Tie game at 56.

OSU would miss a pair of free throws but would get the rebound. They call timeout at the 3:30 mark.

OSU misses three. Luke Goode with a big rebound.

Reneau gets fouled. He fouled go 2-2. Indiana up 2 now.

Steal by Anthony Leal. Malik would miss a hook shot, however.

Hoosiers force a shot clock violation.

Trey Galloway hits a deep three to seal it.

Hoosiers extend the lead to 63-56.

Mgbako gets the defensive rebound and is fouled. He goes 1-2. Hoosiers up 6.

Ohio State turnover. Mgbako gets fouled. He goes 2-2.
