Indiana basketball and Purdue officially have two dates set as far as matchups vs one-another in the 2024-25 season.
As was reported by Jon Rothstein, Purdue and Indiana basketball will meet twice this upcoming 2024-25 season. The Hoosiers will be traveling to Mackey Arena on Friday, January 31st with a follow up matchup between the two when the Boilermakers come to Bloomington Sunday, February 23rd at Assembly Hall.
Last season, Purdue swept Indiana basketball in the two meetings each had with one-another. Since taking over as head coach of Indiana basketball, Mike Woodson is 3-3 against Indiana’s in-state rival Purdue.

Indiana basketball’s schedule is slowing starting to come together. Along with playing Purdue twice, the Hoosiers are to make a trip to The Palestra to play Penn State. The Hoosiers will also be traveling to the Bahamas in late November for the Battle For Atlantis event where the will play Louisville in the first round. Before the season officially starts, the Indiana basketball will travel to Knoxville to play Tennessee in the charity exhibition, as well.
It is also confirmed that Indiana will play both Minnesota and Nebraska to kick off the early stages of the Big Ten schedule as well.
The full Big Ten schedule will likely be released in the coming weeks.
