2025 four-star combo guard Acaden Lewis has landed a scholarship offer from Indiana basketball after a fantastic spring.
Lewis plays for Sidwell Friends (DC) and with Team Durant on the Nike EYBL AAU circuit.
Whether it be on the AAU circuit or in major events like the NBPA Top 100 earlier this month, Lewis has been one of the best players every time he takes the floor. He’s earned offers fro North Carolina, UConn, Alabama, Tennessee, Michigan, Villanova, Virginia, Miami, Louisville, Syracuse and more just over the last month.
In total he has nearly two dozen offers also including Maryland, Florida State, St. John’s, Providence, Penn State and others.
This spring, Lewis is averaging 15.3 points, 3.2 rebounds, 3.6 assists and is shooting 34.4 percent (31-of-90) from three. He has five 20+ point performances in 15 games.
Lewis was named a top performer at the NBPA Top 100, where the Indiana basketball staff was present and on site.
“I’ll start with Lewis who controlled everything at the point and helped to engineer the win in a very competitive game,” 247Sports national basketball analyst Travis Branham wrote. “He’s not the biggest out there, but he is able to play so much bigger than 6-foot-1 or 6-foot-2 because of his toughness. His spirit is impossible to break when the ball is in his hands and he’s got just as much confidence as he does toughness. He buried four threes, had several acrobatic finishes and really made it tough for anybody to stay in front of him. He’s going to move up from No. 80 in the next rankings update.”
Lewis was the Gatorade Player of the Year for Washington, D.C last year after averaging 14.7 points, 5.7 rebounds and 4.3 assists, helping lead the Quakers to a 27-4 record.
Lewis is currently a four-star prospect ranked No. 80 in the 247Sports rankings but No. 60 overall in the composite rankings.
