Indiana football continues to add pieces to its offense, this time landing a commitment from Texas Tech wide receiver Myles Price.
Price has been a very productive and consistent producer in the Big 12. He has totaled 161 receptions for 1,751 yards and 10 touchdowns across four seasons with the Red Raiders.
This season, Price had 43 receptions for 410 yards and a career-best five touchdowns. He also had 10 punt returns for 197 yards. He opened up the season with a touchdown in his first four games. He later had a 10-reception, 90-yard performance against Baylor. He had seven games with at least four receptions.
His best yardage season was in 2022 when he caught 38 passes for 523 yards and two touchdowns. He had 13 receptions for 98 yards against No. 22 Texas.
As a sophomore, Price emerged as a real go-to threat for the Red Raiders. He had 35 catches for 451 yards and two touchdowns. His best performance that season — and his career — was a nine-reception for 175-yard and one-touchdown outing against Iowa State.
In two career bowl appearances, he has six catches for 107 yards.
Price was a four-year receiver for Texas Tech and will have one year of eligibility remaining with Indiana football.
Price is a 5-foot-10 and 195-pound wideout who will help Indiana tremendously in the slot.
Indiana has now added three wide receivers through the transfer portal today. In addition to Price, IU landed Ohio transfer Miles Cross and Wake Forest transfer Ke’Shawn Williams. Those three have combined for 373 receptions for 4,437 yards and 23 touchdowns.
Add that to returners including Donaven McCulley, EJ Williams and Omar Cooper and Indiana has turned around that room.
