Standout two-sport 2024 prospect looking to make Indiana football official visit

The Indiana football program is looking to host a standout two-sport athlete in the class of 2024 this fall.

Bryce Clavon is a three-star quarterback from Kell (Ga.) High School and is also a terrific baseball prospect as a shortstop. He is rated the No. 72 quarterback in the 247Sports Composite Rankings and a projected day-one selection in next year’s MLB Draft.

Taking the next step in his recruitment, Clavon is looking to play both sports at the next level — with the assumption that college is the choice.

Indiana, Oklahoma, UNLV, Troy, Pennsylvania, Dartmouth and Appalachian State are programs looking at Clavon as a two-sport player during his college years. Indiana was his first power five offer.

Now, visits are getting scheduled with the Indiana football program receiving one.

Indiana and UNLV are two schools expected to receive a visit from Clavon, according to college football national analyst Ryan Wright.

As a junior, Clavon threw for 2,668 yards and 24 touchdowns to go along with a 67.8 completion percentage. He also added 789 rushing yards and 16 touchdowns on the ground.

He helped lead Kell to a 10-2 record and was the 5A Georgia Region Six Player of the Year.
