Indiana basketball guard Jalen Hood-Schifino is officially in the NBA as the Los Angeles Lakes selected the former Hoosier guard in the first round at the N0. 17 pick.
In his lone season at Indiana, Hood-Schifino was named the Big Ten Freshman of the Year this season as well as All-Big Ten Second-Team. He averaged 13.5 points, 4.1 rebounds and 3.7 assists per game.
With the Lakers needing to address it’s guard position this offseason, Hood-Schifino was a great option.
