A key Indiana basketball target is on the move and is transferring schools.

Sources have confirmed to HoosierIllustrated.com that 2025 four-star forward and key Indiana basketball target Trent Sisley is leaving Heritage Hills High School (IN) and is transferring to prep school Montverde Academy.

Sisley spent his first three years of high school at Heritage Hills where he averaged 23.5 points, 10.3 rebounds, 2.9 assists, and 1.9 blocks per game. He recently competed with Heritage Hills at the Indiana basketball team camp where he was one of the standouts at the event.

Sisley has been one the Indiana’s radar the longest of the potential recruits and deservedly so. He had a phenomenal spring playing with Indiana Elite alongside fellow key Indiana basketball targets Braylon Mullins and Malachi Moreno averaging 13.4 points, 5.7 rebounds, and 1.2 assists. He is shooting 72-of-120 (60.0%) from the field in 13 games.

As it is well-documented, Indiana basketball has fantastic ties with Montverde Academy when it comes to recruiting having landed both Jalen Hood-Schifino and Malik Reneau from the prestigious program. They also landed former Indiana commit Liam McNeeley out of Montverde Academy before he ultimately chose to go elsewhere.

The four-star forward currently ranks as the 73rd-ranked player in the 247Sports 2025 composite rankings. He recently cut his list down to Indiana, Iowa, Notre Dame, Michigan State and Purdue.

He will join fellow Indiana Elite teammates Braylon Mullins and Malachi Moreno on a official visit the weekend of Sept. 20 to Indiana basketball.
