Greenfield-Central (Ind.) guard and major Indiana basketball target Braylon Mullins continues to have a spectacular spring and summer and this weekend was no different. And, on Saturday he put together a phenomenal performance in front of numerous college coaches.
Mullins went for 33 points (unofficially) in a 60-58 win over Ben Davis at the Charlie Hughes Showcase. Among the coaches in the crowd were Indiana basketball head coach Mike Woodson and assistant Brian Walsh, Purdue head coach Matt Painter, Notre Dame head coach Micah Shrewsberry, UConn head coach Dan Hurley and numerous others.
This comes a day after Indiana assistant Yasir Rosemond, North Carolina assistant Sean May and Michigan head coach Dusty May, among others, were in to see him as well.
Greenfield-Central went 0-2 on Friday, losing to Jefferson 71-60 in the first game of the day. Then, it was a 53-52 loss to Lawrence North in game two on a game-winning tip with six seconds left.
Mullins had 23 points in the first game and 22 in game two. He struggled with his shot a bit in the first game, making just two 3s. He came out firing in the second game, hitting four 3s in the first half, finishing with six for the game.

Mullins was the biggest riser in the 247Sports class of 2025 updated rankings, jumping 68 spots in their rankings up to No. 24 overall and the No. 5 overall shooting guard in the class. His massive boost was on the heels of a junior season when he averaged 25.0 points, 6.2 rebounds, 3.2 assists and shot 43 percent (61-of-143) from three.
Mullins was fantastic this spring helping lead Indiana Elite to a 13-0 record on the Adidas 3SSB circuit. He is averaging 20.1 points, 3.5 rebounds and 2.5 assists per game with Indiana Elite and shooting 52.1 percent (50-of-96) from three.
Indiana basketball is at the top of Mullins’ recruitment. He has been to Bloomington numerous times and already has a senior year official visit scheduled. He will join fellow Indiana Elite teammates and Indiana basketball targets Trent Sisley and Malachi Moreno on an official visit the weekend of Sept. 20.
