Miami (Fla.) transfer forward Anthony Walker is now officially on Indiana’s campus, he announced on Monday. Walker is the final member of the 2023 Indiana basketball class to get to Bloomington.
Walker spent most of the last month completing final academic work.

The 6-foot-9 forward averaged 2.8 points and 1.2 rebounds in 10.2 minutes per game. He is an athletic forward who was used in spot minutes off of the bench for the Hurricanes.
In 125 games over four seasons at Miami he averaged 15.1 minutes, 4.9 points and 2.5 rebounds per game. His best season was his sophomore year when he started 16 times and averaged 9.6 points and 4.7 rebounds.
“Anthony has been a winner at the high school level and in college and brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to our program,” IU head coach Mike Woodson said. “He is a veteran player who is very athletic and has great length. He’s very active on the defensive end and we love his competitiveness.”
Walker joins the Indiana basketball program with one year of eligibility remaining.
