The Hoosiers were picked last in the Big Ten East in Cleveland.com’s annual poll. Indiana received 48 votes, trialing Rutgers’ 74, the closest team to IU in the East predictions.
The only program to receive less votes than Indiana in the entire league was Northwestern (38).
The Indiana football program is coming off of a 4-8 season in 2022 and a 6-18 record in the last two years.
Michigan and Wisconsin were the teams projected to meet in the Big Ten Championship, with Michigan receiving the most votes in the conference.
