The Indiana football program has been hot on the recruiting trail and that could continue. Next week, it is set to host another transfer and recent target.

Anthony Jones, an Oregon transfer pass rusher, is set to visit the Indiana program on Monday.

Jones is a former three-star prospect in the 2022 recruiting class. He was ranked as the No. 40 athlete in the 247Sports composite rankings and the No. 8 player in Nevada.

At 6-foot-5 and 243 pounds, Jones was used as an outside linebacker at Oregon. He appeared in just two games while maintaining his redshirt. He played just eight snaps and had one tackle.

Jones is out of Liberty (Nv) High School where he was a First-Team All-Southern Nevada as well as First-Team All-Mountain League selection as a senior. He helped lead Liberty to a 10-2 record. He had 39 tackles, 8.5 tackles for loss and 3.5 sacks.

Jones was originally committed to Washington and then Texas before flipping his pledge to Oregon and signing. He picked the Ducks over offers from Arizona, Washington and Miami (Fla.).

Since he entered the transfer portal in April, Jones has landed offers from Indiana, Cal, Texas Tech, San Diego State and BYU.

The Indiana football program picked up two class of 2024 commits over the last three days, as well as two transfers commits last week.
