The Indiana football program continued its hot streak in the 2024 class, receiving a commitment from three-star Javier Etheridge.

Etheridge chose Indiana over a final six that included West Virginia, Wake Forest, Penn State, Virginia Tech and Pitt.

He is ranked as a three-star prospect and the No. 121 ATH in the 2024 247Sports composite rankings.

The Mt. Healthy (Oh) standout is a two-way player in high school. The 5-foot-10 and 165-pound Etheridge will likely be a wide receiver for the Hoosiers, however.

He had 41 receptions for 678 yards and seven touchdowns last season.

“They gonna get a great guy that’s willing to work at any time, and they’re gonna get a hard worker. Just a beast mentality,” Etheridge told WVsportsnow.com earlier in his recruitment. “They gonna get somebody that works for it all and got their back like no other.”

The Indiana football program already has commitments from tight end Brody Kosin and offensive lineman Mitch Verstegen in the class of 2024.
